Our Story
Our Beginning
M1 Sauces was founded at the beginning of 2023 by home cook and foodie, Marshall. He started the business in their home kitchen with a small but dedicated team of ONE (himself). His goal was to create a line of unique and delicious gourmet hot sauces that would delight friends and family, enhance their home dining experience and make everything taste better. He started by simply giving squeeze bottles full of his sauces to his family of friends, then another, then another and you can guess what happened from there. Eventually, he would get pictures sent to him of empty squeeze bottles, indicating they were out and needed more. And as you can guess, it has been going strong ever since.
Our Passion
At M1 Sauces, we are passionate about food. We believe that food is more than just sustenance - it is a way to connect with others, to explore different cultures and flavors and to experience joy and pleasure through food.
Our Products
The naming of the product was simple; we called it Maracha. As we developed different hot sauces, we called our original red sauce M1 (Maracha1), our green sauce M2 (Maracha2), etc...We eventually changed the name of the red sauce to Original Red and the green version became Green Heat.
We kept M1 as the company name for M1 Sauces.
And as the late, great Paul Harvey would say, "And now you know, the REST of the story."
